המידע שנשמר

פרטי חשבון Google המשמשים להזדהות כוללים מזהה חשבון, כתובת אימייל ופרטי פרופיל כגון שם ותמונת פרופיל כשנמסרים. נשמרים גם חברות ותפקידים בבית, העדפות, מתכונים ומקורות שהוספתם, תמונות ומסמכים, ארוחות ורשימות קניות, היסטוריית בישול, משוב ותמונות שצורפו אליו.

נתוני תפעול כוללים מצב ייבוא ושליחת אימיילים, שגיאות ונתוני שימוש ועלויות AI לפי בית. הספקים שלנו עשויים לעבד נתוני חיבור כגון כתובת IP לצורך אספקת השירות ואבטחתו.

Google ו־Gmail

התחברות Google אינה מחייבת חיבור Gmail. בחיבור Gmail נבקש openid, email והרשאת gmail.send. החיבור חייב להיות לחשבון של מנהל הבית המחובר. נשמור את כתובת השולח ואסימון רענון מוצפן בצד השרת; לא נשמרת אצלנו סיסמת Google.

החיבור מאפשר לשלוח הזמנות לחברי הבית, רשימות קניות לנמענים שנבחרו מתוך הבית, והודעות אוטומטיות לשולח על הצלחה או כישלון בייבוא מתכון באימייל. תוכן ההודעה וכתובות השולח והנמען נמסרים ל־Google כדי לשלוח אותה ולנמען כדי לקרוא אותה. איננו מבקשים הרשאה לקרוא, לחפש או למחוק הודעות בתיבת Gmail.

שליחת מתכונים באימייל ובינה מלאכותית

אימייל שנשלח ל־recipes@checipe.app מתקבל דרך Cloudflare, מאומת ומשויך לבית. אנו שומרים את ההודעה המקורית, לרבות נושא, כתובת שולח וקבצים מצורפים, ומעבדים את תוכן המתכון לטיוטה. זוהי הודעה שאתם שולחים לשירות, ולא קריאה של תיבת Gmail שלכם.

OpenAI מעבדת תוכן שנדרש לתכונות AI, כגון טקסט מתכונים, תמונות, תוכן PDF, מצרכים והקשר בישול. בזמן שהאזנה קולית פעילה, שמע עשוי להישלח גם לפני אמירת ״שף״, לרבות דיבור רקע. אפשר לכבות את ההאזנה. אין צורך ב־Gmail כדי להשתמש ב־AI. Checipe אינה שולחת אסימוני Google ל־OpenAI ואינה משתמשת במידע Google לאימון מודלים כלליים.

מי מקבל גישה

Supabase מספקת אימות, מסד נתונים ואחסון; Railway מארחת את היישום ומצב השרת; Cloudflare מספקת שירותי דומיין, תעבורה וקבלת אימייל; Google מספקת הזדהות ושליחת Gmail; OpenAI מספקת עיבוד AI. מידע עשוי להיות מעובד מחוץ למדינתכם בהתאם לתשתיות הספקים.

חברי בית מקבלים גישה בהתאם להרשאותיהם. מנהל המערכת רואה נתוני שימוש ועלויות ובקשות פיתוח לצורכי תפעול ותמיכה. מפעיל השירות עשוי לגשת למידע לצורך תמיכה שביקשתם, פתרון תקלות ואבטחה או חובה חוקית. יצירת קישור שיתוף למתכון מאפשרת לאחרים לצפות בעותק ולהעתיקו; ביטול הקישור אינו מוחק עותקים שכבר הועתקו. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי או משתמשים במידע Google לפרסום ממוקד.

שמירה ומחיקה

מתכונים, מקורות ייבוא, הודעות ייבוא, רשימות ונתוני בית נשמרים לתפעול הבית ולטיפול בתקלות; אין להם מחיקה אוטומטית כללית לאחר זמן קבוע. היסטוריית בישול שהסתיים נמחקת לאחר 12 חודשים. נתוני אבחון, שימוש וגיבויים עשויים להישמר בנפרד.

מחיקת מתכון באפליקציה אינה מבטיחה מחיקה של כל מקור ייבוא, הודעת אימייל או גיבוי הקשורים אליו. למחיקת חשבון, בית או מקורות נוספים פנו ל־support@checipe.app. נוודא את זהותכם וסמכותכם ביחס למידע משותף ונבהיר מה נמחק ומה נדרש לשמור. נתונים שכבר נשלחו לנמענים או הועתקו לבית אחר אינם נמחקים על ידינו.

בחירות ואבטחה

ניתוק Gmail בהגדרות הבית מוחק את החיבור השמור לאותו בית ועוצר שליחה עתידית ממנו. הוא אינו מוחק מתכונים, הודעות שכבר נשלחו או חיבורים לבתים אחרים. אפשר לבטל את הרשאת Google דרך ניהול החיבורים בחשבון Google; פעולה זו עשויה להשפיע גם על התחברות או בתים נוספים.

אנו משתמשים ב־HTTPS, בהרשאות לפי בית ובהצפנת אסימונים בצד השרת בסביבת האירוח. הדפדפן שומר עוגיית התחברות, העדפות ומצב בישול מקומי. אין צורך בעוגיות פרסום כדי להשתמש בשירות.

שימוש מוגבל ועדכונים

השימוש במידע שמתקבל מ־Google APIs והעברתו כפופים ל־Google API Services User Data Policy, לרבות דרישות Limited Use, ולמדיניות Google Workspace החלה.

נעדכן עמוד זה כששיטות העבודה משתנות. לפני שימוש חדש במידע Google שחורג מההסכמה הקיימת, נספק הודעה ונבקש הסכמה מתאימה. שאלות ובקשות: support@checipe.app.

Operator and purposes

Checipe is operated by Aryeh Sivan. We process information to identify members, manage households, store and extract recipes, plan meals and shopping, assist cooking and operate the service. Privacy contact: support@checipe.app.

Information we hold

Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and profile information such as name and profile picture when supplied. We also hold household memberships and roles, preferences, recipes and submitted sources, images and documents, meals and shopping lists, cooking history, feature requests and attached screenshots.

Operational records include import and email-delivery status, errors, and household-level AI usage and cost counters. Our providers may process connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the service.

Google account and Gmail access

Google sign-in does not require connecting Gmail. The separate Gmail connection requests openid, email and gmail.send and must match the signed-in household manager. We store the sender address and a server-side encrypted refresh token in our hosted environment, not your Google password.

The connection sends household invitations, shopping lists to selected household recipients, and automatic recipe-email import success or failure notices to the original sender. Message content and sender/recipient addresses go to Google for delivery and to the recipient. We do not request access to read, search or delete your Gmail inbox messages.

Recipe email and AI processing

Messages you send to recipes@checipe.app pass through Cloudflare, are authenticated and associated with your household. We store the original message, including subject, sender and attachments, and process recipe content into a draft. This is email you submit to Checipe, not mailbox access through Gmail OAuth.

OpenAI processes content needed for AI features, such as recipe text, images, PDF content, ingredients and cooking context. While voice listening is active, audio may be transmitted before you say “Chef”, including background speech; you can turn listening off. Gmail is not required for AI features. Checipe does not send Google credentials to OpenAI or use Google user data to train general-purpose models.

Access and service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage; Railway hosts the application and server state; Cloudflare provides domain, traffic and inbound-email services; Google provides sign-in and Gmail delivery; OpenAI provides AI processing. Processing may occur outside your country through these providers.

Household members access data according to their permissions. The platform administrator sees usage/cost analytics and feature requests for operation and support. The operator may access data for support you request, troubleshooting and security, or legal obligations. Recipe-sharing links make a snapshot accessible and copyable by anyone with the link; revocation does not remove copies already imported elsewhere. We do not sell personal data or use Google user data for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Recipes, import sources, original import emails, lists and household records are retained for household operation and troubleshooting; they have no general fixed automatic deletion period. Completed cooking history is deleted after 12 months. Diagnostic records, usage records and backups may be retained separately.

Deleting a recipe in the app does not guarantee removal of every associated import source, original email or backup. Request account, household or additional source deletion at support@checipe.app. We verify your identity and authority over shared records and explain what is removed and any necessary retention. We cannot delete messages already delivered to recipients or copies imported into other households.

Your choices and security

Disconnect Gmail in household settings to remove the saved connection for that household and stop future sending through it. This does not delete recipes, sent messages or connections for other households. You can revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections; revocation may also affect sign-in or other household connections.

We use HTTPS, household access controls and server-side encryption of tokens in the hosted service. Your browser stores a sign-in cookie, preferences and local cooking state. Advertising cookies are not required to use Checipe.

Limited Use and changes

Checipe’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace policy.

We update this page when our practices change. Before using Google user data in a new way outside existing consent, we provide notice and request appropriate consent. Questions and requests: support@checipe.app.
