Checipe מופעלת על ידי Aryeh Sivan כפרויקט למשפחות ולחברים לניהול מתכונים, ארוחות, קניות ובישול. השימוש בשירות כפוף לתנאים אלה ול־מדיניות הפרטיות. הצטרפות לבית מותנית בהזמנה ובהרשאות שמנהל הבית מעניק. שמרו על אבטחת חשבון Google שלכם.

התוכן שלכם ושיתוף

העלו ושלחו רק תוכן שמותר לכם להשתמש בו ולשתף אותו. הזכויות בתוכן נשארות אצל בעליהן; אתם מאפשרים ל־Checipe ולספקיה לאחסן ולעבד אותו לצורך הפעלת התכונות שבחרתם, לרבות עיבוד AI. קישור שיתוף יכול להיות מועבר לאחרים. בדקו נמענים לפני שליחת רשימות או הזמנות.

שימוש אחראי

אין להשתמש בשירות למשלוח דואר לא רצוי, הפרת זכויות, העלאת תוכן מזיק, עקיפת הרשאות או ניסיון לגשת למידע של בית אחר. ניתן להגביל גישה במקרה של שימוש לרעה או סיכון לאבטחה.

בדקו לפני שמבשלים

חילוץ AI, תרגום, כמויות, התאמת מצרכים, סיווגי כשרות והצעות בישול עשויים להיות שגויים. בדקו את המקור, אלרגנים, התאמה תזונתית ובטיחות מזון בעצמכם. סיווג כשרות אינו תעודת כשרות. טיימרים וקול בדפדפן עלולים להיפסק ברקע או בנעילת המכשיר; השתמשו בטיימר נוסף כשנדרש.

זמינות, הפסקת שימוש ויצירת קשר

השירות מתפתח ועשוי להשתנות או להיות בלתי זמין. אין הבטחה לזמינות רציפה או לדיוק מלא; שמרו עותק של תוכן חשוב. אין בתנאים אלה כדי לגרוע מזכויות שלא ניתן לשלול לפי הדין החל.

אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות ולנתק Gmail בכל עת. לבקשות מחיקת מידע, תמיכה או שאלות לגבי התנאים: support@checipe.app. שינויים מהותיים בתנאים יפורסמו ויובאו לידיעת המשתמשים.

Service and access

Checipe is operated by Aryeh Sivan as a friends-and-family project for recipes, meals, shopping and cooking. Use of the service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Household access requires an invitation and permissions granted by its manager. Keep your Google account secure.

Your content and sharing

Submit only content you have permission to use and share. Ownership stays with its rights holders; you allow Checipe and its providers to store and process it to deliver the features you choose, including AI processing. Recipe-sharing links may be forwarded. Check recipients before sending lists or invitations.

Responsible use

Do not send spam, infringe rights, upload harmful content, bypass access controls or attempt to access another household’s data. Access may be restricted for abuse or security risks.

Check before cooking

AI extraction, translations, quantities, ingredient matching, kosher classifications and cooking suggestions can be wrong. Check original sources, allergens, dietary suitability and food safety yourself. A kosher classification is not certification. Browser timers and voice may stop in the background or when a device locks; use an additional timer when needed.

Availability, leaving and contact

The service is evolving and may change or become unavailable. Continuous availability and complete accuracy are not guaranteed; keep copies of important content. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and disconnect Gmail at any time. For data deletion, support or questions about these terms, contact support@checipe.app. Material changes to these terms will be published and brought to users’ attention.
